I've been listening to a few tracks from (ob)servant and they sound really solid. I'll definitely be picking up said album but is their other stuff the same, or higher, quality?

They are definitely solid. Scepter of the Ancients is their best album, I think, with Isle of Disenchantment and (ob)servant close behind.

wtf krow? you're on crack, symbols of failure (third release) is by far their best and one of the all time greatest technical death metal albums, i can listen to that all day fucking long, it is so fast and technical it's fucking amazing and the vocals are insane. PICK THAT UP

and they have progressed, the first two are sort of like average death metal stuff but with symbols and observant it's much faster and technical, all around a greater sound.

Here's where you lost me. The first two are fairly brutal.

Edit: That, and SoF is their only album I havent heard.

Scepter of the Ancients is their best, followed by (Ob)Servant, then Symbols of Failure. Haven't picked up The Ile of Disenchantment yet, can't find it anywhere.

Fucking great band though... (Ob)Servant has really been growing on me...

the first two are just ok, the vocals and mediocre production don't get me hot. and not listening to symbols is blasphemy....

these are all from SoF although the last one has the wrong album cover

brutalis maximus
