Push UK - Killer AOR from the UK

For those of you who like AOR this band is a must! This album was actually written a long time ago and but to no success but the band decided the songs were too good now they've re-recorded it to great effect. The songs are based around huge 80s cheesy keyboard flourishes, heartfelt vocals, thumping clean bass lines, melodic riffs and crystal clear solos all wrapped in a lovely tasty modern production. Basicallly it's the sound of the 80s in 2010 with today's technology making everything sound a million bucks. Being a huge AOR fan I lap this kid of shit up all day, anyway I thought I would share in case there's a couple of AOR junkies out there too!

This is how the song sounded in 88. Pretty good but the new one is much better obviously.

Yeah, for the AOR loons (me not being one of them) this band is supposed to be the shite.... Had pints with three mates in Sweden 2 weeks ago (all of them AOR crazies), and all three were talking Push all night long.

Probably a safe buy if you are into that kind of stuff.
