Question about Blu-ray/CD and DVD/CD combos

When the cover art on the site is a square, can we assume that the packaging of the release is the size of a CD case and when the cover art is a rectangle that the packaging of the release is the size of a DVD/Blu-ray case?

For example, For:
https://www.lasercd.com/dvd/showtime-storytime-2-blu-ray2cd
and
https://www.lasercd.com/dvd/let-us-burn-blu-ray2cd

I assume the packaging is the size of a CD case?
