Question for Lee B

Hey. I have yet another Opeth question for you. I noticed that the MAYH album has no band line up. Was this due to the layout & artwork for that album being made right after Anders and the bass player left the band and they did not feel like listing a line up? I do know that by the time the album was recorded the Martins were in the band, but was the layout already done by then? I always thought bands do the layout & artwork after recording, so why not just list the current line up? There were also no band photos. Thanks. :Spin:
