quick edit on a .swf for me?

I need someone to edit a .swf from a website template for me.

Three pictures with a blur transition.
Basically what it does looks right to me, but I want to speed it up to 1 second for each transition.

I know next to nothing about flash and editing it...

I don't have a slightest idea why is that happening. It's really hard to modify other people's code. Especially when all variables are in some language other then english. And they are not so good programers.

You can modify pictures so they don't get cut off, but it;s not really a solution.
