Does anybody know how to make the first line (1/4) of Reaper's grid bolder?

Thanks, I actually never thought it would be there. Here it is for everything that might need it.

If I recall correctly, they entire "block" of audio is a light shade of color, while the actual audio in it is a darker color in PT.

I liked the way it looked. Tried to do colored tracks in Reaper and I think it just colors the audio itself. I'll have to play around with it more. I've always just used the stock setup where everything is the same color but it sort of gets fatiguing on the eyes and lets me get a bit "lost" in my project a bit quicker when I have a bunch of tracks going.

that's also in the options there.

What I'm looking for seems to be a bit of a hassle to achieve. If I set the custom color of a track, I also want the entire (track/fader, etc + the audio) to be this color. What it does now is just put a colored box around the name of the track and just looks silly. It appears you have to manually set a colored background for each track as well.....I thought maybe there was just a way to select a group/folder and set a custom color and be done with it. Maybe I'm missing something here....
