ive heard a sample of that song. its pretty damn similiar to Pantera.

Does Lachman play guitar on the album, or is he just the singer?

thoughts on Damageplan

* terrible video clip
* i was hoping for a bit of progression, but it still sounds like Pantera
* vocals way too similiar to Phil
* i like the verse riff
* the song doesn't really go anywhere

overall, disappointing.

It was a little disappointing. I can't believe Lachman doesn't play guitar in the band. That's as crazy as having Halford in your band, but not as a the singer!

I still kinda liked it and will probably check out the album.

It was a lot better than The Unnamed Feeling.

i quite like The Unnamed Feeling, probably the standout track from St. Anger

I will still check out the Damageplan CD, but after hearing that song fully, i won't expect much.

 Seriously, if nobody had told me I would have thought Breathing New Life was from the new Slipknot album (I heard it on Mp3 a while back). Its not even good Slipknot, its like a pale imitation to get the kidz money.

A-MEN

from all the commotion that they first stirred by releasing tid bits about the band, i was put under the impression that it was gonna be proper heavy metal with solo's and all that shit, the type of band that could play at Wacken, but i was conned, I WAS CONNED BIG TIME!

why the fuck was there no guitar in the song? i mean they coulda done a "The Darkness" and had *Lachman do an awesome solo :err:

Damageplan u suck

*damn whats his first name i can't remember? he shoulda stayed with Halford

The song has a decent guitar solo. What the fuck are you talking about?

His name is Patrick Lachman I fink..

Damageplan have the guitarist (Dimebag) and drummer from Pantera, and Patrick Lachman from Halford on vocals.
