Rainbow Demon ???

Wow, I love Vintersorg to death.. but what I just figured out.. Rainbow Demon is a cover! From the 1972 Uriah Heep song of the same name. I didn't even know that. It's amazing how they re-did some of the things, and then made it metal!

Are there any other covers that Vintersorg did? So maybe I won't be this surprised next time...

Hi!

First time I heard Rainbow Demon I thought that this had to be a cover.. It sounded weird..

With Otyg they covered Dio-Holy Diver...

I don't know if there are other covers.

Yeah, I know what you mean.. Rainbow Demon was one of the first Vintersorg songs I had heard, so I wasn't used to his metaphysical lyrics.. now that I look at the Uriah Heep lyrics, it does look very un-like Mr. V to write them.

They sure did a great job on it though.. and it seems like Mr. V picked one of the more perfect songs to cover.. it fits the feel of their music!
