RITCHIE BLACKMORE’S RAINBOW singer Ronnie Romero reveals the future plans of Blackmore, his band LORDS OF BLACK and his new project with GOTTHARD guitarist Leo Leoni.

In an exclusive interview with Rafabasa.Com, RITCHIE BLACKMORE’S RAINBOW and LORDS OF BLACK singer Ronnie Romero have revealed his new project and some of the future plans of Ritchie Blackmore.

Ronnie have recorded a new álbum with GOTTHARD guitarist Leo Leoni as a tribute to the late singer of the band Steve Lee. The album will include some songs from the first GOTTHARD albums newly recorded, along with some unreleased tracks written by Steve.

The name of the band is CORELEONI and the album will be release towards the end of 2017 through a new Foundation in Homage to Steve Lee that will dedicate its efforts to promote new rock talents. The first single will be a song called "Walk On Water".

Along with Romero and Leoni, the complete line up is Hena Habegger, (GOTTHARD) on drums, ex – U.D.O. guitarist Igor Gianola and a session bass player. The band plans to do a European tour after the release of the album.

Talking about his band LORDS OF BLACK, Romero reveals that they are finishing the third album of the band to release it early next year via Frontiers Music.

Regarding the future plans of RAINBOW, Ronnie says that there will be more shows of the band in 2018, besides the two shows already announced for Russia.
