Hope this helps, they have all kinds of good shit, that's where I picked up my Platinum Version of Speak English and I go there for all my Thrax CD's that I need for my collection ( used to have them all on cassette til my case got ripped off ). Especially the old ones with Joey ( my fav's- what can I say? I'm 33 ) and I've seen Vol 8 a few times there too.

The "story" is that it's an underground organization headed by Harry Wu, a very influential and wealthy individual that happens to have the means to unleash S.O.D. upon the musical public as a whole every 7 years. Sargent Drexel disappears from the metal music's public eye during the 7 year Mr. Wu imposed hiatus, doing what he does best. That is as I've become to know it would include but not be limted to: making small movie cameos, wreaking havoc and mayhem upon the uptight, conservative extremists and their values and beliefs, causing some ripples in the video game market with regards to the amount of graphic violence portrayed that drives parents to the rating system.......

I can't really tell you much more, Mr. Wu is a "need to know basis" type of man and all sensitive information is known only amongst his aides and they're VERY tight lipped when it comes to S.O.D.. The rest of what you hear is what I hear, what's released for the media to distribute via the net, radio, promo spots, DVD's, etc. Hope this answers your question!

Thraxdude, thanks for the concern and believe me I AM careful as to what I do divulge, but shortly after I posted this, I got a call from Harry. After some discussion, we both agreed that what I posted doesn't really say anything that the general metal culture doesn't already know so it's not like I'd be banished from the Society for "leaking" info.

Nah, I'm not stupid. People can say what they want to, think I'm full of crap.....doesn't bother me. I know what I know and that's good enough for me.
