I'd usually agree, but it's not even as if they changed any of the intervals between the notes, any of the rhythms or even that much of the structure and flow, just pretty much the notes themselves.

This and...copyright the whole album before you release it. When someone steals your shit, all you have to do is tell them you have a copyright, if they don't take it down you will sue them.
