holy fucking shit, I haven't heard this band in like 10 years.

Snare sounds like...poop. That's the only thing that really sticks out to me right now.

haha yes, song is definitely oldschool. the snare samples i used had a lot of crappy sounding high end and it was hard to get them to sound right. i also haven't been able to find a decent sounding hi hat sample that sounds good opening and closing and everything, so the hi hat sounds crappy too i think. i've recently tried using addictive drums and just resampling the kick on other projects and this seemed to sound better than using all samples, might try this from now on. thanks for the input!
