Rate my tone thread (yet again)

Short nevermore clip, 4 tracks of epi les paul with stock p/up's into krank pedal into tube poweramp into miced marshall 2x12 with 75's. Mic was SM57 into Delta10/10LT recorded with nuendo 3. 2 tracks panned L/R 100% with C4 and 2db boost at 8k, LP at 80hz HP at 10k. 2 tracks panned L/R 80% with LP at 80hz HP at 10k.

I think that's all the info about it.

Maybe. Hard to tell when it's not in a mix. sounds too honky by itself but it could kill in a mix, I don't have those what it will sound like in context voodoo eingineer ears yet.

EDIT: In an attempt to pretend I do, I think the bass sound will make or break that tone.

right last attempt, i think this is as close as i'm gonna get to the original, sounds great on it's own, didn't work in a mix, but then again, i'm pretty shit at mixing, so there you go.
