check out www.theyoyos.co.uk - they are an excellant British rock band, another split off from the wildhearts but a lot more than that.
placebo - not exactly metal I know but they went own well @ Reading this Year and they were good @ Big Day Out (plus you usualy get a truck load of females come to see them)
