I wonder what they are thinking when they read the comments on this board? I would have to say it's probably 4 to 1 against this thing from what I can tell. I guess they are hoping all the people that gave up on the band YEARS ago (and thus do not post on this board) are going to come out to see the reunited band. Hell, I'll probably go since I have never seen the original lineup live.....that and the fact that THEY HAVEN'T BEEN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST IN EONS.

As long as they play Persistence of Time forward to back I'll be happy. It's still the best record.

Sadly it's about 4 to 1 in favor of it on all the other metal boards I've been to. This board is bound to be more biased towards Bush since it is the offical forum and he has been the singer for the past 12 years and those dumbass bastards who don't like Bush probably wouldn't bother posting here.

what band wagon??? i ve been a belladonna fan way before this reunion thing.

btw, you have no idea what i know about the glory days, youve never even fuckin met me !!!

when Anthrax has called it quits, then they should do this. theres a show on VH1 called bands reunited, save it for that. do 1 show then out.

Yeah I do what I can. As I said months ago I think everyone should chill untill we hear something from Scott and/or Charlie. Yeah they are keeping silent about it, but they will talk eventually. Keeping our mouths shut now will prevent at least half of us from feeling like asses later. :loco:

Yeah, I hear what you are saying. Looks like most(including me) of us have to much free time at work to sit here and speculate on this forum. I just wish they would just say something but like alot of other people have said a million times already it's probably a contract thing that they can't say anything because lets face it if it wasn't true they would definitely deny it flat out and leave at that. Hmmm I smell a dead horse that I also need to beat the shit out of:grin:

The reunion is bound to happen and Bush is leaving, it´s as simple as that.
As I said before, this is the saddest period in metal history.
What´s worse, maybe that´s all because of one greedy bitch. You know, butterfly effect...or more an avalanche effect.

as much as I like john and joey vera, they belong in armored saint.

rob is the one that will be left out although he produces stuff.

anthrax's classic lineup shouldn't have split anyways. they were awesome to see live when there were actually more than a little club full of fans.

what if bush couldnt give them an answer on touring for the next year and anthrax were forced to do this, what would u say?
Mrthrax, if that was the case, I'd still say it's lame. At the end of the day, Joey fucking sucks and John rules. Joey already fucked them over in 1998, if all John did was be late on making a decision, then they acted too soon. John has been their singer for WAY LONGER than Joey ever was, and the current lineup is a fucking machine. They are better live than they were back in the poofy-haired-tight-pants-singered days of 1991 and before.

Plus, last I recall, Anthrax were supposed to be DONE touring and working on the followup to WCFYA with John Bush on vocals, not Ozzfest. Sure, I wanted them to be on Ozzfest more than anyone. But Joey ain't gonna make a good impression on the younger generations and they will gain no fans. They just going to ignore all of the music they made for the past 12 years? The CURRENT lineup of Anthrax SLAYS live. They are the best live band I have ever seen. I went out of my way to see them 7 times, starting when they toured with Priest in 2002.
