Brave Words is reporting the following:

According to the KISS fan site www.kissfanshop.de, during a chat with Swedish fans on the Aftonbladet webpage, vocalist/bassist GENE SIMMONS stated, “We would like to bring more new songs to the set, and we will start rehearsing next week".
New songs? Does that mean never-before-heard songs, or stuff from the 80s and 90s? Does this mean that they'll play something from Crazy Nights, perhaps the whole album?

Woo! :headbang:

It means they will play Shandi, because it was a minor hit here in the 70s or something, then the rest of the show will be the same stuff you heard before :)

Six songs off Destroyer, fourteen other vintage makeup era tracks, plus I Was Made For Loving You, I Love It Loud, Lick it Up and Heaven's On Fire. That's all we'll ever hear at any KISS concert from now until they cark it.

I wonder if Gene will fly up to the top of the bulding, or Paul will fly over the crowd, something like that would be cool and original.

Yeah it means they will throw in a couple of less played tracks off the early albums.

The only '80s-'90s Kiss tracks you will ever hear them do live, as Wrathy said, is Shani (in Australia only), I Love It Loud, Lick It Up, Heaven's On Fire and Psycho Circus. And if they are doing acoustic/ballad type sets like Act 2 of the Symphony then you can add in Forever & I Still Love You.

By "new songs" they will mean songs like Parasite, She, I Want You, I Stole Your Love, maybe Take Me... etc I reckon. They never play those songs.

Or BLOOD! And FIRE!!! SPITTING BLOOD *AND* FIRE!!!!!

Man, I should write Gene a letter, but he'd just steal my ideas without compensation or credit.

I'm really angry. They've just put more Heaven tickets on sale in Melbourne too. They must have moved the barrier back and put more on sale for that section, which is really unfair since I was told 5 minutes after they went on sale that they were sold out and had to get Paradise.

2nd Melbourne show goes on sale Thursday...
