Reaper/SSD EX 3.5 rendering issue

Posted this on Slate forums already but I guess it's worth giving a shot here aswell.

After rendering the drums, they tend (especially crashes/rides) to randomly, individually dropout. Heres a sample: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2920981/ssdissue.mp3

It's present only on a printed file, none of this happens while regular playback (VSTi insert on midi track).

So what am I doing wrong?

try doing a realtime render and see if that changes anything.

What version of Kontakt do you use? The MIDI is programmed in the Reaper or imported, for example from Guitar Pro?

Realtime bouncing works fine but doesn't solve the problem at all I'm afraid. I'm using Kontakt Player 3.5 and the MIDI is recorded via keyboard to Reaper. I'll try getting newer Kontakt version for a start.

are you sure you are just not running out of voices in Kontakt?

Updated Kontakt to ver. 5 still no good. And I have no clue what "voices" are, care to explain Anssi?
