Thanks to Mr. Burns for alerting me about this.

But there are other editorial gems on that site:

"I actually feel sorry for people that refuse to change with time" is the message for people not liking the current crop of Headbangers Ball favorites.

"Do you honestly believe that Lamb of God will be around in 10 years, still making music? Would they even want to be? Could anyone play that type of music for that length of time, besides Deicide?"

"For some reason, during the time Nirvana came around, consumers just quit backing their bands, buying their music, and metal went away. But the only place to ever get new metal was MTV"

I'm scared.

Don't make me limp across the room because my cane is broken and get out the scrapbook to show you how we used to have to walk to school both ways uphill listening to Wham!, Culture Club and Men at Work in the bad old days, sonny. :)

I'm scared too. It all comes down to money, exposure and hype for too many people and as long as someone is mouthing the word "metal" from some high places they will be happy and believe that everything is just fine.

:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: at the articles.

One guy isn't happy because the NU Ball embraced the Nu-Core bands instead of a wide spectrum, or at least just the melodic AOR Rock vets ignored through the 90s.

Another dude references Merendine Amendiche (why? I can't tell ya) to show HE knows where the obscurity parties lie.

::sigh::
