just found out that IO USA is no longer (got absorbed by SPV). how is this going to affect the band if at all? they aren't listed as a featured artist on SPV's website.

SPV always owned a controlling interest in Inside Out, the US division was simply a PR firm they essentially hired full time and decided to let it go as it wasn't cost effective. They certainly are ratcheting back though, they've only had a handful of releases this year.
