Vintersorgs' label - Napalm Records - has quite a roster brewing, in my opinion. I was already a fan of Tristania and Abigor. I have recently bought Hollenthon- With Vilest of Worms to Dwell, and Trail of Tears- Profoundemonium. Both excellent works! I've heard Sins of thy Beloved was good too. It seems not too many Labels can keep thier roster so well kept these days. The only other Label I would buy from based on reputation alone would be - The End Records. Would you buy a record based on Label Reputation? If so, what Labels? Of course there will always be a 'dud' in every circumstance, but for conversation's sake..........

well my favorite label is spinefarm record definetly with all the good bands they have
(nightwish , children of bodom , to/die/for ,
amorphis , finntroll and a lot of others) i also
like century media...and napalm of course !
well if spinefarm is my favorite i guess this have
something to do with the fact that my band is
on that label  (check us out appear on their list when our first album will be recorded !)

Yeah OceanbarD, Spinefarm has great bands, but I can't ever find thier stuff at the record store either. I was able to get all of Children of Bodom records off Napster before they shut down. I would still go buy them if I found them somewhere though. COB kicks ass!

huh....... I get most of my cd's from them too, guess I overlooked some stuff. I just got both Agalloch cd's yesterday.....Oh they just blow me away! Got the new Darkthrone too, Plaguewielder, it's good but too short only 6 songs.

Does one of you have the second Tenhi Mini Album Airut:Ciwi? What'd you think of it?

Has anyone of you seen them live with Dornenreich on the "Acoustic Shows"-Tour?
I think Tenhi were best (and that they have band shirts size M is another very positive point :spin: ) , Of The Wand And The Moon were too "silent", it was kind of boring, although on the Prophecy Production sampler they sounded interesting. And Dornenreich shouldn't play acoustic shows anymore :bah: :s
they're such a brilliant band - NOT unplugged, though... IMHO

I usually buy at CCP-records. They offer just about everything my little heart desires to keep on beating and pumping
and they're not expensive, IMHO, deliver fast and so far, I could rely on their description of the music, which is not the case at many other M.O.'s
it's a little label too. (that was actually the thread, wasn't it?)
