RedWire Recto impulse tester/ E530

So i bought the RedWire Recto cab impulse and used it with my ENGL E530 to record a clip....Its from the band The Sorrow.....killer band btw!

Its the SM57 on the cone and 121 on the cap both .5 in

Guitars are too loud and the whole mix is pumping like a mofo (mainly from the kick I think), but it seems to sound pretty beastly, I may need to invest in those impulses! Seems like there might be some slight phasing though...

Yeah, those impulses are really good. If I didn't have a studio, I'd buy them myself. Good sound.

Compare it to the beta then that you could download from the ampsim thread in the equipment section... and yeah it's TSE X30 ..

Haha Nothing beats having the real thing! I want it, but if I have to buy it new it'll cost me $1150 or (6750NOK).. so I decided to model it instead..
