Is January 7 2003 the release of the album for the U.S. aswell as Finland's or is the U.S.'s date different?

I heard that it was january 7th for finland and march for the rest of (at least) europe, but now I read in a german magazine that it would be released on january 7th, wich should be the german date if its in a german newspaper! i'm confused...

You mean Rock Hard, right? I also read that. But I read in the German (Metal) HAMMER that the release date for the new album would be March. I don't know if they are better informed. They call the new album "Hate Breed"...
But I think the rest of the world will have to wait some more months. It was the same with Follow The Reaper in 2000/2001.

I know The End will have it as soon as it becomes available which is always before the US release date so i'm not worried.
