Excluding his final comment, I don't think his purpose in the film was to actively convert anyone to his ways. He was having a farcical look at the absurdity of religions in general, and I think he succeeded--and without plunging to the depths of flat out lies and misinformation that Expelled did.
It's a good viewing, though it's just entertainment, folks.
They got me for 1:23, so...maybe another film on pointing out the stupidity of organized religions could be doable in seeing. Although, watching that guy is annoying...in an Ann Coulter sort of way. I'll wait for the DVD.
Warrel, they don't happen to cover the "Baptism Of Pleasure" for a $50 donation in the film; do they?

I of course, watched the movie the weekend it came out - It was great. Not *as great* as I expected, I'll be honest, but He did a great job with getting the point across that religion is..,, *coughs* RIDICULOUS!!!
