I remember there was a mega man cartoon and I rarely ever got to watch it for some reason, I don't remember why. I think it's because I couldn't figure out when it was on or something. There was a double dragon cartoon too.
 
TURBO TEEN! haha i had completely forgotten about that show! i dont remember any of the episodes but i totally remember that transformation. Duckula was another favorite for sure.

I liked it and hated it at the same time. Or something. I remember it came on once and it started to snow so I didn't watch it. I went outside and found my Donatello staff my dad had made for me that I hadn't seen forever and I played around with it in the snow. I found it on top of a back/bracing board of our fence. Yep.
 
yeh widget was anoying. that band turning into cartoons seems familiar, not too sure about the other one.

gotta throw in Danger Mouse or the thread doesnt count
