it's roughly 3 a.m. and I'm currently surrounded by a stack of books and papers dealing with Utopias/Dystopias, Socialism, Communism, and economic reform. after i finish this paper, i have another one to work in tomorrow over the corruption of power represented in Agamemnon. after that one's done, i should probably start my paper on post-WWI authors, as its due date is fast approaching

Research paper #2 down

Research paper #1 called back for being too "scholarly" - I kid you not, my college english teacher told me that the paper was amazing but that I should write it on a level so that my peers would understand it. In essence, she wants me to dumb down the paper, even though the department are the only ones seeing it.

Research paper #3 will commence next weekend, as I can write about the "lost generation" writers in my sleep

hey I got made fun of yesterday by my principal because I gave her a page of drawings a kid has been doing around on notebooks, boards, etc. and said "it looks like he's trying to make this his sigil, so if it turns up on bathroom walls or anything you know that--wait, why are you laughing?"
