First world problems...
To be fair, it's a valid question if there are health issues.

They move fairly quickly from what I've seen. There are two sets of bathrooms - one in the main venue and one in "Vinyl" (where the merchandise tables are).
Multiple people - the men's room in the lobby has five urinals (I think, call it 5 +/- 1) and two or three stalls. The secondary men's room back in Vinyl is smaller, I think it has one or two urinals and one stall. Are they single person bathrooms or do they allow for a few people at once?

Is the restroom attendant still there? If so, you might want to have a dollar ready. I haven't been to the PP bog since 2009.

There hasn't been one in a couple of years. Which means the bathrooms will run out of paper towels after a while.

If memory serves me correctly, the main women's restrooms within the venue (behind the middle of the stage area) is a walk-in and wait standard restroom with 5 or 6 individual stalls. As for the other restroom within the smaller bar named "Vinyl" (near the front main entrance to the venue - on your left), there are only 2 individual stalls - a handicap one and a standard one. In urgent situations, if you find the line at the main restrooms to be too long, I suggest trying the restrooms within Vinyl, as they may be less busy and "well-known". As the previous poster mentioned, Vinyl is where all vendors set up and sell their merchandise. There's also a smaller bar, and not everyone goes in there.
I hope this helps.
