Is anyone using this facebook teamed app successfully and have any strategies to utilize it without going nuts?

There is a ton of stuff to manage which looks to be a mixed blessing. It seems it can get you set up for MP3 sales with iTunes and Amazon.com as well as other services. It can link up to you MySpace profile for general fan count.

Any advice would be appreciated.
