Riot

Good question. I have no clue. But I bet the guys over at Snakepit magazine might know. They seem to be able to track down a lot of classic metallers for interviews and such.

Does anyone ever know what happened to Guy Speranza???

Last time I heard he became a plummer. It was Rhett Forrester that was shot down after they recorded the "Born In America" album.

I remember reading something on this several years back.
Wasn't he shot at an intersection or something like that?
I recall something about gang members?!
Is this correct?! Great singer. It's interesting that you guys
posted this. I just saw an old video of theirs last week on that
VH-1 Metal Mania show...

To bad, but Riot has alway's been an underrated band. The highligt of their carrier was their performance on the famed "Monsters of rock" and "Heavy metal holocaust" festivals in '81. On those festivals they played with Triumph, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Motorhead, Saxon and others.

You are right about the shooting. Although info on that incident has been very scarce. Maybe something can be found on a Riot homepage?
