Moreover, any underground band that held this view would be being stupid. For someone lke me, ie someone who listensto types of music different from their friends and wh has a limited budget, file sharing is pretty much the only way to check bands out. I can make a longlist of shit I never would have heard w/o file sharing.
I've aways assumed that one thing aout file sharing that pisses the mega-corporations off so much is that it takes away their near monopoly over the ability to get music heard.
