For all you classic rock fans, Bradley Delp of Boston has passed away. I guess Boston isn't really a genius band or anything, but I appreciated Tom Schulz' writing and the great harmony singing including Brad. Some classic tracks were definitely recorded on their debut. Rest in peace, Brad.

This is indeed a tragedy, It was reported last friday but the reason wasn't known until a few days ago...

Why do these sucessful talented people choose this option totally escapes me. :(

There are similarities with Boston's and Opeth's amazing music imho, I love both bands music and vocals with a passion, thanks again Mike for your awesome talents.

One of the best, if not the best album vinyl tracks for checking the performance of my Hi-Fi system is "The Launch" of off Boston's third album entitled "Third Stage" some of the re-actions I have witnessed from people I have demonstrated my system playing this track have been F'in amazing...

Here is the Rolling Stone interview with Tom Scholz and some fans tributes...

RIP Brad. :'(

"I closed my eyes and I slipped away". One of the most beautifully sung lines in rock history, and sadly, this is exactly how he went.
well said. Suicide is one of the most tragic options that humans will choose. It certainly, to me is baffling. I hope Mr.Delp has found the peace and love that apparently eluded him on earth. (RIP).
