Most of you probably have no idea who he is, but producer/engineer Tal Herzberg died on thursday at the age of 40.

I worked with Tal a few times and without question he was the absolute best engineer I ever met. I learned more watching him for 3 days then I did from anyone else ever.
Aside from that, he was kind of a godfather of protools, and a major part of waves development over the years as well...
