Being a big fan of Uriah Heep, I was sad to see this news yesterday. Another rock legend passing....Trevor Bolder, Ray Manzarek....hopefully the "death in threes" cliche won't work this time.

It was never mentioned that he was sick. I really enjoyed his stuff with Uriah Heep. Into The Wild, Wake The Sleeper and Sea Of Light are some of my very fave Uriah Heep discs.

Sad news for sure. I didn't even know he was ill. You'd never have known it by his performance on stage.

How sad! I was fortunate to witness his playing last November when I saw Uriah Heep for the first time (and definitely not the last if they continue to return to the States, as they blew me away!), and I couldn't believe how incredible he was! May he rest in peace.
