Rising Force?

Hey. I was browsing through direct connect today (dont worry i buy albums I like, including all of evergrey's) I came across a track called Evergrey - Rising Force. I downloaded it out of curiosity and it sounds like progressive/power metal with Tom singing. It could be someone else but it sounds a lot like Tom. The music doesn't sound like Evergrey's style though. Does anyone know what this is?

I've found the answer after a little research. Its a track from a Malmsteen tribute album. Worth a listen for those of you havent heard it.
