Rock Band

so i picked up Rock Band for the XBOX 360.

Having a ball with it. Anyone else pick it up?

I downloaded the Metallica tracks. I usually play on hard... having a tough time with them on MEDIUM!

Also, a lot of people on the official Rock Band msg board are rallying for some Anthrax. Mostly "bring the noise"... but i've seen a couple "metal thrashing mad" and "got the time" requests. also, "madhouse" which was on guitar hero ii... so i think that's a bad idea. my suggestion was "among the living"...

i'd love it if the anthrax songs happened and especially if they were the TGOTE versions.

I saw a group of little kids playing this at Best Buy, they were tearing it up. I'm hoping Santa will bring me Guitar Hero for Christmas, only played it briefly. To play Rock Band I need more friends! The South Park with Guitar Hero was halarious, I can at least play bass for real pretty good so I won't feel like a gaming dork. The segment with Frank was awesome, damn he can play. Been playing 10 years and I still can't gallop that fast. Frank rules.

So it's really worth the hype? Its the one game apart from Pro Evo 2008 that would see me splash the cash for a 360.

Aparently Metallica will be releasing their first single off the new album as a download for Rockband.
