If you are ever in south Florida, you've got to stop by a new restaurant called "Rock N' Roll Ribs." Nicko McBrain is one of the owners. It's located in Coral Springs, FL.
I was in the area this past weekend with my family and decided to stop by and check it out. Small, but very cool restaurant. Nicko has put tons of his Iron Maiden memorabilia and gold records on the walls. Kind of like a miniature Hard Rock Cafe. They had a TV with a live video on it, (They were playing an old Journey concert while we were there). The food is actually pretty damn good. I had a full rack of baby backs and can honestly say they were some of the best ribs I've ever had.
I was lucky enough to talk to Nicko for a few minutes. He was busy hanging things up on the walls, so I didn't bother him too much. He was very gracious and even took a picture. Being a lifelong Iron Maiden fan, it was cool to meet him.
I took some pictures of the restaurant - if you are interested in checking them out, go to this link:
