well, its a given that phil won't sing. btw why arent you a fan of Pantera? (just curious)

I'm pretty much anti metalcore vocals, Phil's got a horrible set of pipes that I just can't get around to liking. I also realised that I don't like Pantera's music either after seeing Damageplan live.

They just don't float my boat, and are way overrated now that Dime bit the dust.

I mentioned Damageplan because they played 3 Pantera songs live, and I thought I might have liked it better without Phil on vocals. Wrong

And yes I have listened to Pantera, I've tried giving them a shot on many occasions, and have made it a point once to sit down and listen to their whole discography. It just really doesn't cut it for me.

The thing is no matter how much everyone hates Phil Anselmo, we all know it would not be the same. POantera is not Pantera unless it has all 4 members, you could replace the bassist and perhaps guitarist but the drums are solid and you would notice the difference, and you can't have a band without it's original vocalist.
