Just a guess on my part but I don't think it's coming out anytime soon. I think their next release is going to be a live album (+DVD) on (if you can believe it) Roadrunner Records.

The Time Machine 2011: Live In Cleveland CD/DVD/Blu Ray will be released on Nov. 8.

The three box sets: Sector 1, Sector 2, and Sector 3 will be released on Nov 21, and Clockwork Angels has been bumped until 2012.

Because we all need more live DVD's and compilations before we get new music.
