Russell Allen to release a new solo album...

Sounds killer. With a line-up consisted of Roland Grapow and Alex Beyrodt on guitars, Matt Sinner on bass and Randy Black on drums , I hope Russ will bring back his "melodic" voice more often though...Should we expect a more "traditional metal" disc with all these guys involved? I'd love to.

Given the lineup Allen has for this album, it looks more promising than his first solo outing. I actually thought that he was the weak link on that first album. The music was just some good, old-fashioned, 70s-inspired hard rock, and he sounded way too aggressive over it. Hopefully, he'll make up for that and the Adrenaline Mob album with this disc.
