Hello folks,
I'm another newbie to the forums, and somewhat to Ron's music as well - not that this will last much longer. If introductions are of interest: I'm a 31 yo composer and cellist, much into prog stuff of mostly every period, more and more into prog metal.
So, I've downloaded most everything I could from ronjarzombek.com, including the absolutely fantastic A Wild Hare videos (which I actually saw before listening to Ink Complete) and everything related to the upcoming cerebral dysfunctions project. Must say I love the formalisation for pitch and harmony organisation - it's pitch class set theory with a lemon twist, awesome!
BUT: one question remains, probably only Ron Jarzombek himself can fully answer (any hinst welcome, though): how on this planet (if at all) is your rhythm formalized???
Didn't find anything on it on the website - I'm diggind a hole in my head from scratching.
So anyway: Ron, you rule.
