I have more information regarding the background of the song Mordet i Grottan (Murder in the cave). The story goes like this:
About ten years ago a middle age man was found dead in a cave near the lake Orlången in the south of Stockholm. He was naked and brutaly killed.
The man was alone and a liitle bit tired of living. He worked at the post service in Älvsjö south of Stockholm and used to half joke with the other workers at the post service, for example he said that he would pay 20.000 SEK (about $2000) if somebody threw him off the ferry between Sweden and Finland.
When he was found dead he was naked and demolished. Somebody had killed him with big stones. And, pretty scary, there were 20.000 SEK missing from his bank....
Probably he had met up with his murder that evening. They bathed in the lake Orlången, got drunk and -finaly- he layed down at the ground of the cave while his friend was searching for big stones....
So, probably there are somebody at the swedish post service who have earned a lot of money by murdering his friend.
In fact, they had a suspected man but didn´t got him judged due to lack of evidence.
By the way, the lyric is not "barnet som mördade honom", it is "vem var det som mördade honom".
