Ok metalheads it's your turn! I must give credit to my old mate Frankster from PMX2 for this tip. I saw it in his puny, teeny, meeny embarrassment of a list for 2015 so far! 
I thought I better try it and lo and behold it's actually quite fucking good! It's high pitched wailing slightly technical power metal. Agent Steel? Watchtower? Something like that. This singer however will kill you. The guy's vocals are almost laughable at first but persevere don't give up too quickly. Suppress your initial laughter when he starts squealing and squelching and wailing down your ear hole! Keep going you'll be rewarded with killer riffs and decent playing all round and you'll start to appreciate the buffoon screamer a little more...slowly!
