Sampler recommendations?

I use massey DRT for replacement, but I'm trying to get out of solely using various toontrack products for all kick/snare/toms and maybe augment then with some of my own and others samples. But I need a decent loader, Structure that comes with PT seems pretty awful. I can't go as high as getting something like Trigger or Kontakt.

I was looking at Battery 4, but wondered if there were better and/or cheaper alternatives?

I was going to recommend Trigger EX too, it's quite affordable.

I'd go Battery/Kontakt along with Massey DRT. Works great for me!

I've had an old version of battery 3 for a long time and love it. So I was really exited about battery 4, I got the demo and it was the biggest cpu hog.
I'd recommend Kontakt.

Without having much to compare it to, Trigger EX is both affordable and good, in my humble opinion.

I don't know if you've ever heard of Poise but it's good and cheap as chips. It's kind of like a software version of an AKAI Sampler.
