samples of tracks from MINDCRIME: II

Man... the album's been pushed all the way out to Jan '06?! Hopefully that gives 'em a chance to make it better than the last several albums.

Let's see if my slow-ass modem can download those tracks in less than an hour...

hmmm.... sounds fairly promising. There's actually a little bit of energy on these tracks, which was sorely lacking on the last few. I still refuse to get my hopes up too high.

Oh come on! This sounds decent. I agree that a lot can happen between now & Jan. '06, but there's potential here that has been present in the last number of studio records...

download keep timing out. dammit! That's one complaint that I have about their website (Queensryche) you have to pay to be a member to even use their forum. :Smug:

Agreed! The tracks sound decent... but I'm not getting my hopes up too much! Tribe was "supposed" to the comeback album, with DiGarmo back in the loop, but we saw how well that worked out.

These songs sound very decent indeed...But "Tribe" also had 2 decent songs on it, and the rest...anyway, a good starter to get hopes up, damn, waiting untill january sucks....

I thought TRIBE was brilliant, with only one poor song....

Ah, that's why the words "personal" and "taste" were invented ;)
Tribe was an improvement on the previous records anyway, I listen to it now and than, but it doesn't move me like the early work...
