...but "Space Dye Vest" is one of the most emotionally powerful songs I've ever heard.

That is all.

(Revisiting "Awake" for the first time since High School.)

there is one thing I hate about Awake however..

it's LaBrie rhyming "confused" and "amused" .. and yet pronouncing amused as "amooooosed"

i've actually always wanted to hear Images and Words, or whatever the THE album is for them. i respect them as musicians, i just don't dig it.

IMAGES and WORDS is by far their best IMHO ... but I like Train of Thought as well, as they really tried to be a little more straight forward and less caca maka :loco:

Those of you not into LaBrie's vocals, really need to check out their debut, When Dream and Day Unite ... a totally overlooked and underrated disc. Some really great tracks on it.

DT used to be a blind buy for me, but I'm still all over anything with Kevin Moore on it...enough said.

I STILL have not heard graveyard mountain home (i think that's the title?)

having loved everything else chroma key, I should check this one out?

You ever heard this song? NOTHING like the typical DT track.

Worth it just for the highly original concept (doubling as the soundtrack to a surreal 50s educational film, played at half speed) alone, the music itself is also impressive, often heading in a more ambient direction, and some acoustic guitar and Arabic influences (not surprsing since Kevin now calls Turkey home) show up.
