.sd2->.wav, how do I do it?

I've got two .sd2 sound files (right/left channel) and want to convert them into something I can actually play/edit (.wav preferably). How?

Interweb tells me Quicktime can play them and River Past Audio Converter can convert them, but neither works.

Help?
