Just got this in the mail today along with the new Sunn, Thee Silver Mountain Reveries and Masada at Middelheim. I'll post my thoughts later.

Book of Horizons is amazing. I think it's even better than Book M. Certain parts even remind me of California era Mr. Bungle. It's going to take me a while to get my head around this, similar to the Kayo Dot cd in that respect.
The new Sunn O))) record White 2 is FUCKING HEAVY. bassAliens!!!
Honestly I have to listen to it a few more times, but I could have really done without thee silver mountain reveries disc. It's a bit dissapointing because I really like each of the Silver Mt. Zion cds.

I wholeheartedly agree. I too am debating whether or not it surpasses Book M.
