You ever thought about making your music just a little more... Culturally accepted in the mainstream for the sake of getting singed?
I remember before I could even pick up an instrument thinking I'd start a discard band and try to push it hoping if it ever got anywhere I'd have the rep, money, and connections to pursue a style maybe not so "popular". I know a few bands that have actually done this and some bands that didn't but halfway through getting signed decided they wanted to do something different and joined another band or started a side project. What are your thoughts on this?
