It's pretty fast for me. Works fine by me. Just wish I could use the quick reply, but I'm sure that'll be fixed shortly.

I use quick reply all the time, saves loading time. It's working at work and at home (both on XP w/ Mozilla). I don't have it set to WYSIWYG though.

Yep. It's definitely double to triple the speed it was before.

yeah, much faster here, too. Congrats Deron. The question I have for you, then, is UM slowing down all your other sites? (or does it have a separate dedicated server?)

Nope it's not! Same sever but much more horsepower than I had before. I also tweaked MySQL and Apache etc. to better perform with everything and so far it seems to be working!

Um, I've been using the quick reply all the time since the new server came up. In fact, I am using it now to submit this very message.

Yep, every message I've typed since the move has been on Quick Reply with no problems. The quote and text format buttons don't work though, if I click any of those it just jumps to the top of the page.

Text formatting is gay anyway. I use the basic plain-text box and not the fancy one with all those crap buttons, so that might have something to do with it.

Sometimes if I'm feeling extra lazy I click the buttons but usually just use the code. Either way, UM hasn't been a chore to use for several days now, YAY!
