Being at home in La, Zakk and James both had family in town and at the show and were gone, as well as the rest of the BLS band and crew when this incident took place.
As it has been stated, Big Dave does wear a BLS vest but he does NOT work for Zakk or Black Label Society , he works for the Osbourne's.
Zakk, the band and the Bls crew were NOT involved in this situation.
