Shield your eyes! It's bright yellow Kramer Striker time! (yootoob)

That was my first guitar! (in black)
Too bad they sent me one with 23 frets and the intonation is forever fucked..
loved the shape on that one...
awesome playing btw!

Thanks dudes

For passives you may want to consider a D-Activator or the Invader from Duncan both High output and dirty as fuck for metal!

I'm not keen on the Invader, but I haven't tried D Activators yet. They have intrigued me somewhat since they came out though.

My favourite passive has always been the D Sonic but I'm willing to try something different, like I said. Maybe even something not-so-hot, like a JB/Jazz combo. But saying that, it's an Alder body which is bright and not enormously responsive, so something a bit more mental would be in order. X2n perhaps?

WTF? That's ridiculous, was there just a missing fretwire, or was the board too short? (trying to think which would be worse haha)

The board was short!
It was my first and I didn't know much better about any intonation issues or anything...
Then it got to me when I tried recording it through a digitech RP80 into mic input of a computer :goggly:

Still love the shape on that the most for super strats... its got all the right curves

and damn! I love that 3/4 time riff there...

Thanks dudes

Do you not care for the Quad-Rail's?
I love 'em.

They're great for creamy lead type stuff, but not so good for tight focused rhythms. They're also horribly unbalanced, so when you switch between bridge and neck there's a MASSIVE output difference.

Is that a musicyo? I have the blue vanguard with floyd and the nightswan pickup setup. I liked that guitar but I absolutely hated the quadrails, bought an x2n for it but never had the time to wire it up. The guitar stayed back home when I left abroad and haven't played it in years.

I wanted a black one but I had to send two of them back to musicyo, one ripped through the box and smashed the fin to pieces, another had the neck so bent out of shape there was no fixing it. They were really inept at packing and shipping. Sweet guitars for the money, I'll never get over that Les Paul lookalike with abalone binding and curly maple top they sold for 200 green. The day I had money on my card they were gone. So I got that Vanguard...but in all honesty they weren't really much of a steal when you look at what Rondo offers. Then again most guitars aren't either if held up to Rondo price/performance standards.

Kramer Imperial was the cheapest real Explorer.(I hate LTD EX shape)
I wanted one so bad,but there was nothing on eBay UK,

At least musicyo era Kramers looked good,
now check out their website, new ugly logo, weird shapes,
these guitars now even look like chinese crap.
